CEO's corner

3 Minutes

A portrait of a man standing in front of a dark background with mathematical and technical writing in chalk. He is wearing glasses, a light shirt, and a sweater draped over his shoulders. Overlayed in bold, handwritten-style text is "CEO's Corner," giving the image a creative and intellectual feel, as if he's in a workspace or a brainstorming session.

It all started in 7th grade with an iPod Nano.

A little silver rectangle that quite literally rewired my brain. I’m talking about the 2nd generation — back when Apple was still shocking the world with every keynote, and I was the kid glued to the screen, obsessed. I didn’t know it then, but those keynotes were shaping the way I thought about technology, design, and user experience. Suddenly, I was noticing every pixel, every sleek interface, and I fell in love with how design could make technology not just functional, but… irresistible.

Fast forward to my first year at university, studying law. Spoiler: it wasn’t for me. But instead of just hitting the snooze button on my future, I teamed up with some friends to launch random business ideas — anything to escape the drudgery of legal textbooks. The catch? I was the only one who knew how to use Photoshop. And so, the accidental designer was born. I quickly realized this wasn’t just a side gig; this was the gig. Soon, I was freelancing for U.S. startups, and before I knew it, I had my own design agency.

These days, I’m leading a small but mighty team of 10. We haven’t scaled into a design empire — yet — but that’s because we’re obsessed with quality. We like to keep things personal, and honestly, it’s hard to mass-produce really good design without losing that spark. What makes me proudest, though, is the team. Most of our designers started with us fresh out of school, and over the years, they’ve grown into senior-level product designers, tackling complex projects for founders all over the world.

Our journey has always been about more than just building a design agency — it’s been about creating a space where creativity thrives, where attention to detail is a non-negotiable, and where every project feels like a partnership, not just a transaction. I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and the work we’ve delivered, but I’m even more excited about what’s ahead. We’re constantly evolving, learning, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in design. The future looks bright, so bickle up — we’re just getting started.

The future belongs to those who design it. Let’s keep creating.
