With over two years of specialized experience in UX/UI design, Tani brings a wealth of insight to the Rasa Design Team. Her extensive background as a Senior Graphic Designer — seven years spent crafting logos, identities, and brand experiences — has enriched her approach in product design, adding depth and versatility to her work.
But today, we’re stepping beyond the professional side to discover the person behind the title. Join us as Tani, our talented Product Designer, shares personal insights, passions, and the motivations that drive her both in and out of the office.
Sarvi: Guess who’s back? It’s the Rasa Design Team, and today we’re excited to bring you an interview with one of our all-star team players!
Tani: Yes.
Sarvi: What’s your name, and what’s your role on the Rasa Design Team?
Tani: My name is Tani, and I’m a Product Designer. That’s it! I’m Tani, and I’m a Product Designer. Let’s move forward.
Sarvi: Alright! If you weren’t a Product Designer, what career path would you choose?
Tani: Interesting question! I actually have a degree in architecture and seven years of experience as a Graphic Designer, so I’d probably fall back on something within those areas. Whatever it is, it would definitely revolve around art and design because it’s my true passion. But if push came to shove, I might just wait for my Hogwarts letter to arrive and become a wizard!
Sarvi: Perfect plan, Tani!
Tani: I know, right?
Sarvi: And don’t forget about me, please!
Tani: Of course. I’ll always remember you.
“Always think, How could I improve this? It helps you build an eye for both beauty and usefulness. And one more thing — take care of your mental health. It’s really important for a sustainable design career. So, that’s my advice.”

Sarvi: Moving on! What’s your guilty pleasure, Tani?
Tani: Hmm, let’s see. I’m totally hooked on TV shows like The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Friends, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I love using them as background noise while I work. Also, I really like Funko Pop toys! I even have a custom Funko Pop figure of myself. It was a gift from the team, and yes, it’s as cool as it sounds. I can show you — one moment.
Sarvi: Yay!
Tani: Here it is! Say hello to Tani.
Sarvi: Hello, mini Tani!
Tani: Hello! I really like it, a lot.
Sarvi: You’re welcome. Now, could you share your favorite life hack with our followers?
Tani: I’m not sure if it’s a life hack, but I have some tips! If you’re feeling burnt out, grab your headphones, indulge in some upbeat music or a cheeky podcast, and go for a walk. It works wonders. And here’s a practical one: when stirring honey or sugar in your tea or coffee, try moving the spoon back and forth instead of in circles. It dissolves faster that way. My little advice!
Sarvi: I’ll definitely try that one.
Tani: You’re welcome.
Sarvi: What advice would you give to someone just starting their design journey?
Tani: That’s probably the toughest question! My advice would be to look at design every day on platforms like Behance, Dribbble, and Awwwards, even on your phone apps. But don’t just stick to product design; explore architecture, art, books, even furniture. Always think, How could I improve this? It helps you build an eye for both beauty and usefulness. And one more thing — take care of your mental health. It’s really important for a sustainable design career. So, that’s my advice.
Sarvi: You’re not only a design wizard but a mental health guru of our office!
Tani: Yes, yes, thank you!
