Casacall is an on-demand home services platform that matches customers with professionals for cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, handyman jobs, and more. We designed the web and mobile app for both vendors and clients, focusing on creating a system that actually works for companies managing multiple bookings and service offerings.

The platform needed to handle non-standard services — like sports massage, where intensity varies from gentle to firm. Instead of creating separate categories, we bundled variations into add-on packages under one base service. This gave vendors flexibility and customers clear options without overwhelming the interface.

We streamlined the vendor onboarding flow by breaking service creation into logical steps with clear progress indicators. For operations, we built in tools to set working hours, add buffer time between appointments, and view all bookings in a single calendar view. Since most service companies already have internal management systems, we kept the platform focused on what it does best: customer acquisition. The calendar shows reservations, not employee assignment — no overlap, no friction.

The result: a platform that fits into existing workflows instead of fighting them. Vendors get more bookings, customers get reliable service, and neither has to navigate unnecessary complexity.
