Solutions

Modernizing with User-Friendly Flair

Our challenge was to break away from the ordinary SaaS look and feel while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. After studying the market and our competitors, we developed a design that stands out with its modern charm yet remains user-friendly and inviting to all. By incorporating vibrant colors and intuitive layouts, we ensured that every interaction felt like a friendly gesture, guiding users effortlessly through their journey.

The labels are presented in a clear, easy-to-read font, aligning with each color's position.

Clear Paths, Seamless Travel

We've handled an extensive array of trip management data, encompassing bookings, itinerary specifics, customer preferences, and beyond. Thus, it's pivotal to craft interfaces that present this information clearly, cohesively, and comprehensibly. Travel Agents must swiftly locate necessary details without feeling inundated. Our solution simplified the process by categorizing information into tabs, facilitating seamless navigation, and enhancing user experience.

Agent Efficiency Unleashed: Itinerary Innovation

Undoubtedly, the most significant focus was devoted to the itinerary creation process, arguably the cornerstone of the product. We tailored unique pop-ups for various activities like accommodations, flights, and tours. Our aim? Simplify the process for travel agents. How? With two tabs: one for new tineraries and another for the Activity Library. Now, agents can swiftly access and modify activities, speeding up creation and enhancing efficiency.

Group Coordination Made Easy

Navigating the landscape of group and individual travel posed a unique challenge. We wanted to ensure that traveling with loved ones or friends was a breeze. Hence, we developed a personnel management system that allows for easy coordination within groups by designating a dedicated contact person. But wait, there's more! We encountered the common issue of outdated client information. To overcome this, we introduced a user-friendly approach: agents can now engage in direct chats with clients to swiftly update details or even fill out forms from scratch. This not only accelerates the process but also fosters a more personalized and efficient experience when adding new clients to the CRM.

Stay Organized, Stay Connected

In the bustling world of travel agents, the calendar feature is a trusted friend, keeping schedules organized and on track. With trip management seamlessly integrated, agents can easily access upcoming trips and itineraries. We've added task deadlines to help prioritize work and never miss a beat. Plus, clients' trip durations and birthdays add a personal touch to interactions. The designed screen offers two views: card and calendar (week, month, day), ensuring effortless navigation of schedules.

Chart Your Course Your Way

Finally, let's talk about the online itinerary — a dynamic showcase of the entire trip. It's not just a website — it's the gateway through which travel agencies captivate clients and sell their dream journeys. Setting Travel Dynamo apart from competitors meant marrying convenient functionality with a captivating design. Our masterpiece? An interactive website with every trip detail, including an immersive map. But there's more. We've added a dedicated bookings page. Here, clients effortlessly explore hotels and ticket details, with the option to download a PDF of all reservations. For offline moments, fear not! Agents can send a PDF, or clients can download it themselves.
