Enlighten AI is a personalized grading tool built for educators who want to teach more and grade less. The platform learns each teacher's grading style and standards, then uses AI to handle the repetitive work — so teachers can focus on what matters.

We came in to redesign the product from the ground up. The client had a landing page and some early drafts, but the product needed a clearer visual identity and a UX that could handle complexity without feeling overwhelming. The timeline was tight — two months to design and build the MVP — so we worked in parallel, designing screens while the team started development.

The trickiest part? Tables. Lots of them. Assignments, rubrics, student lists — each serving a different purpose but needing to feel consistent. We avoided traditional table layouts and instead built a flexible system that could adapt across tabs without looking repetitive. For the Quick and Advanced Rubric views, we focused on clean hierarchy and making AI feel accessible at every step — not hidden in a menu, but right there when teachers need it.

The result: a product that feels intuitive on day one and gets smarter the more you use it.
