Vei empowers individuals to monetize their talents and skills online, turning passions into livelihoods. Conceived from the simple yet profound question of enabling people to earn from their unique abilities, Vei is a web platform designed to facilitate this vision. It allows users to easily monetize their trade or talent through live sessions. Seeking designers with expertise in payment and scheduling features, we embarked on a journey filled with challenges to bring this innovative idea to life.

Challenge

Uplifting Platform, Unveiling Innovations

The project presented us with two core challenges: enhancing the existing platform and integrating innovative features. Our objective was to elevate the user experience while seamlessly incorporating new functionalities that would enrich the Vei ecosystem.

Solutions

From User Insights to Intuitive Design

Initially, we laid the groundwork for further development by deeply engaging with our users. Through interviews, we delved into their challenges and existing sustainable practices. Feedback revealed that while users were enthusiastic about the product, the interface posed usability issues. This insight propelled us into comprehensive research, aiming to fully understand Vei customers' needs and key touchpoints. Our goal was to establish a strong brand core that would inform effective design choices, guiding us toward an interface that not only meets but anticipates user needs.

Leveraging insights from user behavior and application functionality analysis, we've refined the onboarding experience. Our updated process breaks down into straightforward steps, enabling users to set up and start enjoying the application with ease and efficiency. This approach underscores our commitment to simplicity, intuitiveness, and a deep consideration for user needs.

Our intuitive dashboards streamline the way users monitor their progress, removing the need for multiple tools. Designed for easy navigation, these dashboards offer: Quick revenue snapshots for various periods. Goal setting with real-time progress tracking. In-depth customer insights, including demographics and growth. Analysis of session profitability and format preferences. Future revenue projections based on upcoming bookings. This all-encompassing tool provides users with crucial insights for informed decision-making, all in one convenient location.
